Business Development Manager

Rimo3 is a SaaS organisation operational in the B2B market, headquartered in London, with offices in Western Europe and North America. Rimo3’s smart technology platform enables businesses across the globe to transform the way they deliver and manage applications in the cloud and virtual environments.

Location: UK/Remote
Experience Level: Mid – Senior
Salary Range :£50,000 - £65,000

Job Purpose

To deliver new business opportunities through outbound customer activity, in order to provide revenue growth and profitable trading relationships with Rimo3’s new clients and partners, in line with Rimo3’s goals and objectives.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Business Development Manager (BDM) works within the Sales Team, focused on the new revenue growth for Rimo3. This includes supporting the growth and development of new business for Rimo3 via marketing campaigns. The BDM will work closely with the BDE(s) to achieve agreed targets and objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B technology sales
  • Experience selling Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and cloud solutions
  • A sales focused individual with a track record in taking customers through the entire sales process
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large enterprise software deals
  • Customer orientated. At Rimo3 customers are always top of mind for you and their satisfaction is your primary driver and motivation. You thrive on building relationships with stakeholders making recommendations for your customers

What the job involves

  • Closing new business revenue growth for Rimo3 Working with enterprise and corporate clients and prospects through each stage of the sales cycle
  • Become an expert on Rimo3’s technology, clearly articulate the enterprise value and outcomes for customers Convert leads from Business Development Executive (BDE)
  • Lead negotiations within commercial sales cycles
  • Work with pre-sales team to qualify customer needs and create closing plan
  • Working with the post-sales customer success team to hand over new customers using Rimo3
  • Comfortable training new members of the sales team to articulate and position the Rimo3 value proposition
  • Own and deliver customer Objective and Key Results (OKR) metrics
