Rimo3 today announced the appointment of Samit Halvadia as Chief Technology Officer, effective 11 September 2019. Samit will join the Executive Committee and report to the Rimo3 Board, and Shareholder Group.
Samit will be joining Rimo3 from Citrix, who acquired App-DNA in 2011. At Citrix across his 7-year engagement, he held the roles of Senior Director, WW Presales Strategy and Senior Director Global Sales Engineering. Prior to acquisition, Samit was Vice President of Global Technology and Solutions Group for App-DNA, where he was responsible for part of the core team who took the company from its incubation in Camwood Limited and developed it into a global platform.
In his new appointment, Samit will be responsible for the strategic direction and vision of Rimo3’s technology platforms and ensuring alignment to future market needs.
